Quaich

The 2006 Quaich golf matches will be played in Scotland on May 26 and 27 between two teams of friends --- eights Scots and eight Americans. Following the classic Ryder Cup format, the Quaich matches are all about friendship, questionable golf, and national pride.

SCOTLAND WINS QUAICH!

Dateline: Elie, Fife, Scotland
Team Scotland led from the beginning in the 2006 Quaich competition and, despite a furious rally by Team USA on Saturday, held on to win the coveted Quaich. Final Score - Scotland 14, USA 10 points.

The Quaich has returned home ! Scotland would like to thank worthy opponents Team USA for taking good care of the Quaich! What are all of the dents on it....

I heard that half of Team USA didn't even get to play with their own golf clubs. Do the Scots really think this "win" is legitimate.
